Benefits of a Therapeutic Astrology Reading
You’re here because you’re probably looking for an affirmation that more is meant for you - more joy, more love, more abundance, more excitement about your life. An astrology reading is the key to understanding what is and what isn’t working for you, based on the placement of the luminaries and planets at the time of your birth and during transits throughout your life.
Once you learn how to understand astrology and how each zodiac sign influences a part of your personality, you’ll gain a stronger grasp on how to create the magical life you desire.
-
Identify where stagnant energy, chronic stress, or suppressed emotions are being held in your chart and your body. Learn specific cosmic tools to calm your system and recover from emotional exhaustion.
-
Decode the masculine and feminine polarities within your astrology chart to uncover why you attract specific dynamics. Stop forcing fits that drain your energy, and heal repetitive relational loops using true zodiac compatibility!
-
Understand the planetary triggers behind the fawn, freeze, or fight responses. In your natal chart reading, we map your natural strengths to move you out of subconscious defense mechanisms and into absolute personal power.
Trauma-Informed Psychological Astrologer Empowering Your Potential
Much of Pop Astrology is “events” based and deterministic. It creates reliance on an external force to dictate your life, when in fact, that is far from the holistic practice and potential astrology has to offer.
In my astrological offerings, I blend clinical psychology frameworks with evolutionary astrology to process high-functioning burnout, regulate the nervous system, and break ancestral cycles. Experience deep somatic integration and step into your highest self.
