Late and Cancellation Policy
Appointments with NOONLIT SAGE are termed as a purchase that is a “Service”. Purchasing a “Service” is a commitment in showing up for yourself, and respecting my time that is reserved for the purpose of fully being available for you and offering my services to you.
Payment for services is required to reserve your appointment time and is expected upon scheduling an appointment. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment.
In the event that something unexpected occurs after you book your appointment, and it interferes with the appointment, there are certain procedures that will take effect. The following guidelines should answer any questions you may have if one of the following occurs.
* You need to reschedule your appointment.
At least 24 hours notice before your appointment is required to reschedule your appointment without any fees. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be an additional 30% rescheduling and administrative fee required to change your appointment time.
* You need to cancel your appointment.
At least 24 hours notice is required to receive a partial refund for your appointment. A 30% rescheduling and administrative fee will be deducted from your original payment amount.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% rescheduling and administrative fee will be deducted from your original payment amount and refunded through the original means of payment. It is suggested that instead of canceling your appointment, you opt to reschedule your appointment. See above for rescheduling procedures.
All applicable refunds will be sent the day of being notified of the cancellation, for any cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of an appointment.
* You are running late to the appointment.
Please email me as soon as you know you will be late to the appointment. If you are less than 10 minutes late to the appointment, we will continue with the reading and the time will be deducted from the original appointment length.
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to the appointment, you will need to reschedule and there will be an additional 30% rescheduling and administrative fee required to change your appointment time.
* You did not show up to the appointment.
People who do not reach out with any prior notification of their absence to their appointment, and do not show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, will be labeled as a “no-show cancellation”. If someone does not show up for their appointment in this manner, no refund will be given for the payment received by NOONLIT SAGE for the appointment. In order to reschedule or reserve another appointment, a new payment will need to be received in full.
* You did not show up to the event you purchased a reservation for.
Purchases for NOONLIT SAGE events are non-refundable. You may use your purchase as a credit for a future event of equal value.
* You purchased a service for someone as a gift, and they needed to reschedule or did not show up for the service.
You as the purchaser, and the person who was gifted a service will need to acknowledge and agree to the above stated late and cancellation policies before the service appointment is scheduled. All policies outlined above will be applied, and the original purchaser will be responsible for any rescheduling and administrative fees.
