Can I get an astrology reading if I don’t know my birth time?

If you don’t know your birth time, you can still have an astrology reading. The difference will be that we will not be able to know your rising sign (which makes up a huge part of your personality) as well as the life themes that you will encounter most in this lifetime. What does it mean if a house is empty in astrology?
