According to law, all astrological readings, service(s) and information function as a means for the sole purpose of sharing astrological information and is for entertainment purposes only. There is no guarantee of accuracy of any information shared; the information shared is subjective, and you acknowledge and accept that other astrologers may differ in the opinions and information they share.

By purchasing, and/or, receiving materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE, you agree to release NOONLIT SAGE from any and all liability with regard to the contents and/or advice received. By purchasing, and/or, receiving materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE, you also agree and accept that all advice and information provided from the materials and service(s) rendered, is for a user’s entertainment purposes only. You, as the user, accept all risk, liability and responsibility arising from its use in influencing the decisions and behaviors you carry out after receiving materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE.

You, as the user, accept that NOONLIT SAGE is not qualified to give legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or any other specialist advice. You should seek a licensed professional if that is the type of assessment, treatment, advice and information you desire. It is not recommended to use astrological services as a substitute for the assessment, treatment, advice and information you would receive from a licensed professional.

As a provider of astrological information, I, acting as NOONLIT SAGE, commit to the following ethical practices within the rendering of service(s) and provided materials:


CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information shared in order to obtain materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE, will be kept confidential; this means that personal information shared with NOONLIT SAGE will not be shared with anyone besides the original user. The user’s personal identity and data will remain securely stored and confidential. If anyone requests the disclosure of personal information, the user must share their expressed written consent for the extent to which their information is to be disclosed. If a service is purchased as a couple, group or larger event, you accept that the personal information shared during the service will be openly shared among anyone present.


AREA OF KNOWLEDGE
NOONLIT SAGE offers materials and service(s) based on the knowledge and experience of the sole operating member. Official educational experience used in materials and service(s) derives from a Bachelors in Psychology, Masters of Social Work and Masters of Child Development. Astrological information used in materials and service(s) derives from humanistic, soul-centered, and psychology-based astrological self-directed study, as well as from the information obtained in the completion of an Astro-Herbalism Certification via the School of Evolutionary Herbalism. Advice and information will not be shared in regards to any area that the sole operating member of NOONLIT SAGE is not qualified to do so. 


USER SELF-DETERMINATION
By purchasing, and/or, receiving materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE, you agree to the concept of self-determination as a foundational principle from which NOONLIT SAGE operates. Self-determination as defined by NOONLIT SAGE, infers that every individual is responsible for their life decisions and the consequences that follow those decisions. Self-determination is a belief that a person is the main creator of their own destiny, and that external forces cannot be the only determining factor responsible for one’s destiny. By purchasing, and/or, receiving materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE, the user of its materials and service(s) agrees to and accepts that astrological information, transits and forecasts do not determine the course of one’s life, nor are they responsible for the outcomes of one’s life, nor can they predict the outcomes of one’s life.

INCLUSIONARY SERVICES
NOONLIT SAGE offers materials and renders service(s) to everyone in an equal manner, without judgment for one’s life choices, viewpoints or identification. People of all belief systems, spiritual, religious, or cultural, may become the recipient of materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE should they choose to. 

The terms “feminine” and “masculine” are utilized in materials and rendered service(s) by NOONLIT SAGE. These terms are used by NOONLIT SAGE as a reference to two sides of a polarity of behavioral expression, and are not used as a reference to gender. These terms are used with the belief that every human being has both feminine and masculine energetic expressions within them, uniquely expressed based on individualistic preferences.  

ETHICAL BOUNDARIES
Materials and service(s) rendered by NOONLIT SAGE are implemented using knowledge of “countertransference”; “countertransference” is an unconscious or conscious transfer of a practitioner’s emotional health, mental health and personal views onto a client. Most practitioners who offer astrological based services, or similar services, may or may not be aware of this. By being aware of the boundaries necessary to reduce “countertransference”, NOONLIT SAGE dedicates the services offered to be completed in a safe and ethical manner so that personal emotional health and mental well-being “do no harm” to the recipient; the services offered are carried out without the desire to seek or gain personal validation from the recipient.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

NOONLIT SAGE materials and service(s) are conducted within a positively oriented and safe environment, where the intention is to empower the user, to offer inspiration, as well as offer practical feedback in an honest, open and caring manner.

NOONLIT SAGE materials and service(s) are not intended to cause any harm to any individual; NOONLIT SAGE materials and service(s) are conducted with the intention to support the best interest(s) of the user.

Astrology is not responsible for a user’s fate or decisions, nor is it the cause of positive or negative life experiences.

Astrology, and NOONLIT SAGE, is not able to predict outcomes or timelines of future events.

Even though there is immense value in the materials and service(s) offered by NOONLIT SAGE, there is no expectation or guarantee of positive outcomes or changes in a user’s life as a result of experiencing one session, one group event, etc. For better results, a user is encouraged to engage in multiple services over a period of time; even so, desired results are not guaranteed. 

Astrology provides deeper awareness of general elemental energetic expressions that can be seen across cultures in all people.

Explanations of zodiac signs and chart interpretations are shared via a general understanding of these themes, however, every person’s life experiences can contribute to their zodiac energies being expressed in a suppressed, aligned, or expansive manner.

ASTROLOGY READING EXPECTATIONS

If a user is not aware of their birth time, a chart reading will be adjusted to offer insight to the extent of the information that is available, meaning a full chart reading using the house system of astrology will not be able to be provided. The adjusted chart reading will focus on zodiac signs of placements in a general sense for the date of birth and what is able to be determined without the user’s time of birth.

Date of birth and location are required pieces of information in order to purchase a chart reading with NOONLIT SAGE.

Astrology chart readings can offer information that helps the user understand the zodiac system in more depth and how it can apply to one’s ability to express their energetic being.

Astrology chart readings rendered by NOONLIT SAGE, are carried out using the system of Tropical Astrology, also known as “Western Astrology” as the basis of astrological interpretation; NOONLIT SAGE also utilizes the Placidus house system in astrological interpretations. There are other systems of astrological interpretation; the user is free to explore other systems of astrology on their own, should they desire to do so. No singular system of astrology can be stated to be the “most correct” or “truest” system of astrological interpretation for the greater collective. Each individual is free to choose what they believe to be correct or true.

GROUP EVENT EXPECTATIONS

In order to respect those in attendance at a NOONLIT SAGE group event, it is asked and expected that group event attendees offer each other a high amount of regard, respect and safety in sharing their personal thoughts, beliefs and experiences. NOONLIT SAGE expects event attendees to assist in creating a “judgment free zone”, whereby no other attendee’s shared information is rejected, put down, dismissed, or used as the basis for public humor.

In order to respect those in attendance at a NOONLIT SAGE group event, it is asked and expected that group event attendees keep confidential the information shared by other event attendees, by not sharing the personal information discussed with anyone outside of the group attendees.  

In order to respect the time of those in attendance at a NOONLIT SAGE group event, it is asked and expected that group event attendees do their best to arrive on time to the event, so that everyone may equally participate and enjoy the event to the fullest potential.

NOONLIT SAGE group events do not claim to heal, cure or prevent any type of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual health issues or concerns. 

NOONLIT SAGE group events are photographed and video recorded, for the purpose of creating content to be shared publicly via social media platforms and the NOONLIT SAGE website; if a group attendee desires not to be included in any public sharing of photos, video or audio, you must inform the event host so that the request may be stated to the other group attendees so they may abide by it.
