I experienced one of the worst months of my life at that time and learned many lessons. I have such a clear memory of how misaligned my Leo energies were, and how much I was in a program of low self-esteem. I was externalizing the source of the validation I was desperately wanting. I was attention seeking. I was truly not in the right place when it came to protecting my heart, and that's okay.
Is Venus Retrograde bad?
All of us go through our journeys and you might find yourself experiencing similar things perhaps, but this time around during Venus Retrograde, I can understand the purpose of this astrological transit, especially using my Astrology calendar to keep track of these energy cycles. It is most optimal during a retrograde to go into a reflective energy and spend time with yourself. So if you’re wondering if Venus Retrograde is bad, the answer is that this transit is neither good nor bad. It is simply a time where we can choose to listen more to our hearts so that we can hear what next steps we must take in our lives to respect our hearts and ensure the most aligned people are in our lives.
If you remain stubborn and in denial of what your heart is telling you, when it’s trying to protect you, you may experience some more difficult events that get you motivated to make a true change in your life. Ultimately, that sounds like a good result to me.
